The Box with Ball exercise includes a sturdy wooden box and drawer with a painted front.  The drawer has an oversized knob for easy gripping, and the top of the box features a large hole for the included plastic ball.  The box measures 12 x 12 x 9 cm.  Colours may not be exactly as shown.
