To introduce the concepts of angles, degrees and how a whole can be broken down into smaller components, the Centesimal Circle & Protractor set provides a simple visual reference. Each wooden board is 14 cm x 14 cm with a 10 cm inset circle. The boards are black with easy-to-see white markings. This set can be used together with the Fraction Insets (sold separately) to demonstrate how a fraction corresponds with an angle measurement, or as a part of 100.
