This combination drum and pitched instrument is made of sustainably-harvested rubberwood. The four tone bars on the top produce different pitches in a warm and appealing tone when struck with the included rubber mallet or your fingers. The drum measures 16 cm (about 6") square and is finished with non-toxic, water-based clear coat and paint. Musical instruments are excellent for the development of physical coordination, motor skills, sensory processing and a sense of rhythm.
