This clock face measures 31 cm (12") in diameter and has a red hour hand and blue minute hand.  The hands are easy to move but stay in place without flopping around, and the whole thing has a magnetic backing which allows it to be stuck on refrigerators, magnetic whiteboards or any other metal surface.
