Irregular Plural Nouns Puzzles

( 0 Reviews )

The formation of the irregular plural of certain nouns is difficult for many students.  Words such as loaf/loaves, goose/geese, cherry/cherries are challenging in that they do not simply add an "s" to the end of the singular form.  This 30-card puzzle set helps students to recognize the pattern in forming the plural of these words through matching the illustration and the singular and plural forms of the nouns.  The puzzle cards are cut so that only the correct matching pairs will fit together.  Recommended for ages 7 to 9.
